- For standard letter mail (if offered for small sticker orders without tracking): Delivery times may be longer (up to 10–15 business days domestically, or 4–8 weeks internationally), and we cannot provide tracking updates or replace lost letters.

6. Tracking & Notifications
- Trackable shipments: Most shipping methods provide a tracking number. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.
- Untracked shipments: For very small or low-value orders, we may use standard letter mail without tracking. In such cases, we cannot guarantee delivery or provide location updates. If you require tracking, please select a tracked shipping method at checkout.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
- Lost in transit (tracked shipments): If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your order, please first check with neighbors or your local post office. If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, contact us within 10 days of the delivery date, and we will investigate. If the carrier accepts liability, we will issue a replacement or refund.
- Lost in transit (untracked letter mail): Because untracked mail cannot be located, we are unable to offer replacements or refunds for lost letters. We strongly recommend selecting a tracked shipping method for valuable orders.
- Stolen packages: We are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery confirmation. Please ensure your delivery address is secure.
- Carrier delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or customs.
8. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address:
- You must contact us immediately at wangxupeng1121@gmail.com. If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to correct the address.
- If the order has already shipped and is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
- We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by you.
